Possibility of long-term lease of storage space in Hrvatski Leskovac.
Work has begun (possible minor adjustments and changes). The approximate date of completion of the project and potential entry into the warehouse is 01.01.2027.
The estimated size of the storage space is 3 000 m2 on two floors (ground floor 1 500 m2, 1st floor 1 500 m2).
The internal usable height of the hall is 7.1 m (ground floor) + 3.3 m (mezzanine). The mezzanine can be used as a storage or office space. Possible partial rent in such a way that the above-mentioned area is halved (proportional ground floor and first floor).
The proposed lease period is 5 years, subject to agreement.
The price is approximate, and will be precisely defined on the fly depending on any additional requirements. The price of the space is formed without internal equipment (racks, furniture...).
