The zone extends along the Sveta Helena interchange of the Zagreb-Goričan highway (international route designation E-71, E-65; Croatian designation A4). It is 25 kilometers from Zagreb, 60 kilometers from the border with the Republic of Hungary (border crossing Goričan-Letenye), and 50 kilometers from the border with the Republic of Slovenia (border crossing Bregana-Obrež). It is well connected by traffic to the surrounding towns - Sveti Ivan Zelina, Vrbovec, Križevci, Koprivnica, Varaždin. It is 19 kilometers from the Sesvete station on the international railway line Zagreb-Koprivnica-Budapest. The total area of ​​the zone – divided into the northern and southern parts – is 122 hectares.
