Exiting the Bregana-Zagreb-Lipovac highway (international direction sign E70; Croatian sign A3) leads directly to the zone. The area is 105 hectares, it extends from the north side of the highway. Production, business, trade, storage, service and communal service activities are possible in the zone with spatial planning documentation. The zone is about 3 kilometers from the Ljubljana-Zagreb-Belgrade railway (station in Dugo Selo), and 10 kilometers from Zagreb. Investors are provided with a connection to the electricity and telecommunications network, water and gas installations, and the drainage system. Roads pass through the zone.
