Located along the Pisarovina bypass, 27 kilometers from Zagreb, the zone covers an area of ​​102 hectares. The zone is 13 kilometers from the junction Zdenčina, the entrance to the Zagreb-Split-Dubrovnik highway (international direction E-65; Croatian signs A1, A6), and 14 kilometers from the nearest railway station on the Rijeka-Zagreb line. Roads have been built in the zone. The construction of a new expressway from the junction Zdenčina to the zone is under preparation.
